A black project shouldn't be that hard to spot for someone with access to accounting records. Find out who's cashing the checks and bring them before congress to justify their payroll. If they refuse to cooperate with congress arrest them for treason and pull their project funding. They need to be shown that in Amereica they should answer to the people.

Well the corruption is seeded in the military-industrial complex, and they have started innumerable techonology companies applying extraterrestrial tech to our modern tech, i.e. advanced fiber optics, integrated circuits, materials tech, etc. My point is that Dr. Greer now believes this organization is near self-sustaining, without the need for government money. If a sitting president and a 4-star general can't get access to information gathered by our own intelligence communities then there is a huge problem. Maybe the reason free-energy devices have been kept under wraps for so long is because they are incredibly easy to weaponize? In the fifties the US/soviet arms race was spiraling out of control. Releasing a free energy device into that kind of environment might well have been disasterous. Is the world we live in today really any safer?

Of course it's hard for them to make money if the population is all dead.
