I have to agree with this statement. They both had to work their asses off to get where they are, no matter how many supplements they used, However, Arnold is kind of THE pioneer of this (I do realize that people have been doing this forever, and he was not the first, but he is the most well known). Not to mention that I feel Arnold simply looks better - more natural if you will. Ronnie is just ungodly huge.

the training technology has improved over the years between the 2 builders.now a days the gains will be better sue to supps and even the ways of lifting.but arnie is the daddy of pro body building in my opinion even though coleman is alot bigger.they are both amazing trainers and both dedicated 110% to their way of like regardless of steroids and so on.their diet and training must be so damn strict.hats off to both these athletes.
