Frankly, individuals should be concerned with their weight. While the females of Hollywood are overly thin (skeletal comes to mind) it is simply irresponsible to allow ones self to become strongly or grossly overweight. At the same time however, one shouldn't be obsessed either. Americans in general certainly require a better diet.

yes and now doctors are telling girls that they have to be skinny. my doctor even told me that girls are supposed to be supper skinny and beautiful i know i'm not supper skinny but no doctor has the right to tell me that that is what i have to look like to be considered beautiful. and on top of that my doctor KNEW i have depression and he still chose to tell me i basically wasn't good enough.
