I just plan on being prepared. Ready to take care of myself and anyone who needs my help that is. Learn to grow my own food. Learn how to survive without those services provided by civilization. Then I can be of help to bring it back if worst comes to worst.

Good plan, but not needed, you will transcend in 2011 if you are awake to your conciousness, it is only the ones who remain ignorant who will have to grow the crops. The pyramid is correct, look at our knowledge over percieved time, right now on the step below the last we have the knowledge to know what to do, but only now with quantum mechanics, we only truely came to these massive conclusions around 1999 (the begining of this era)

Was this song made by Enya before or after the Fugees did "Ready or Not"? One of them copied the other's beat. A true wise man would tell you that he honestly doesn't know what will happen, I don't believe the future is etched in stone. I feel that dramatic changes in the near future are inevitable, but in what form? The changing weather patterns & increased solar activity on the sun are signs that changes are imminent.

gowdaflow, nobody can give you a definitive answer to that, just their own interpretation. All I can say is look at the beauty of nature, it's beyond what any artist could render. There is somebody "up there" pulling the strings. Be compelled towards good and love one another and just put your faith in "him" that things will work out. That's really all you can do because these are forces that are beyond our control & understanding. Just my perogative

Rent the movie "Solar Crisis" It's not a bad Sci-Fi about a CME that was going to fry our beloved earth into a cinder. There's the bad guys who want to keep the status quo cause there's money in it and the good guys who say they can sooth the sun's anger with an antimatter bomb. As far as cosmic challenges though, that spaghettifying city-size black-hole should work quite nicely and would provide us a quick and painless death.
