Update: I forgot that it was the CORRUPTED Ashbringer that whispers it's chance on hit, not the normal/Cleansed Ashbringer. I *would* update the background, but my movie maker doesn't like me much. Also, a typo I learned of. Its not "Felt his rage", it's "Fed his rage." Update #2: Comments have b

FreammYY U can just kill mograine last and get parts of it from the other hordeman and then i think mograine drops the final part then u reforge it at chest and then it starts a quest that makes u hated with argent dawn and friendly with scarlet crusade where u go to mograines son (first person to start quest was a Korean guy i read on internet lol

There can't be no Frostmorn :P. The story behind it is to big to be destroyed :P. That thw wielder will be the next lichking. I mean then they wud destroy the Warcraft srory. and that wudn't bee good. But what I wud like in wotlk wud be a story over this swor. I mean if you listen too the wispers it tells a story. To do a CoT instsnse of it or somthing Wood bee realy cool :D. And maby then you can gett the Ashbringer in pure form.. but maby A bitt more boosted for lvl 80 :)

Well in Warcraft 3 the litch King talkes to Arthas through the blade and it would be not like the ahsbronger to say but in the way that is talkes to the one who holds the blade. Then again U may be right.

If anyone ever payed attention to the Warcraft 3 story, then you'd all know that it isn't the sword you wield to be Lich King, it's the helm, the one with ner zhul the ORIGINAL lich kings soul trapped inside it.
and the chestpiece along with the wristgaurds, and I believe the boots as well.
Ashbringer should've been made MUCH stronger than it is now...
the corrupted version is stronger.
it shoulda been stronger than gorehowl, and it shoulda been strongest, but tied with runeblade frostmourne

this is the truth ( Ashbringer = light sword what can destroy all the evil - Frostmourne = Dark sword what can destroy all the hope and light ) that means 1 battle betwen this two sword is Like Dark vs. Light bud the Ashbringer Became in normal warcaft A dark Sword like Frostmourne that means when it will still on the light side ( ashbringer ) then Arthas will not became lich king Because The ashbringer Will try to stop Him TWO stories - ONE world :)

i searched for the ashbringr and there were 3 swords, Ashbringer, Corrupted Ashbringer and Cleansed ashbringer. tho it seems to be in the data-base but not in the game... anyways it said the cleansed ashbringer had over 1000 DMG or something like that.
