btw, why do you apply mascara on the top side of the upper lashes?

It's to ensure that the lash is completely coated in mascara. Because Megan's lash colour is brown, not black, and because we applied eyeshadow and powder on her eye, there is a bit of residiual shadow that falls on the lashes. If you apply just under the lashes, you will not always get it. This i
