Come on people! Win 95 was a huge step from Win 3.1 and DOS. 100 times easier to use. Yes, it was a piece of crap... but what Windows isn't? XD
And about the promo video... it proves that Friends was an extremely successful show. Everybody wanted them, everybody loved them.
The video is horrible but I'm sure everybody loved it when it came out.
