I may not like a lot of what Microsoft does and I don't think they're the most innovative company.
But I won't give in to the accusation that he was being nervous because "he knew he did wrong."
His reactions are expected for someone who has Asperger Syndrome, which is a disorder covered under the Autism spectrum.

With syndrome or not, at the time of the video the whole MS company was in panic (shitting up) because finally they were catch performing unfair business practices by a group of people who were not afraid of reporting them to justice.
After Netscape did many other technology companies followed by not taking shit from a giant who ruled the industry because of their OS monopoly.
Please try to see the Discovery Channel documentary.
