The violent behaviour of Tibetan rioters are criminal in nature and must be condemned as such. Any responsible govt would carry out the appropriate action to restore peace. The Chinese police were too passive to react for fear of negative reporting. The Chinese have lots to learn from their western counterpart in curbing violent protest. Swift and at times brutal if need be. Everyone knows how bias western media distort news. The Dalai Lama must be held accountable for the death toll.
