OK, I'll be the first to say that the Narration in this trailer is LAAAME and the Dubbed english dialog sounds a bit silly, but you can't deny the quality of the animation and the gravity of the storytelling.

The idea that El ...( 2 weeks ago by len1414)
The idea that El Cid and El Bueno were the legendary Crusading heroes of Spain is only a myth. They were just mercenaries and fought for whoever paid them. El Bueno wasn't even Spanish. He was a Muslim and came from northern Africa. Did you know the name El Cid derives from Arabic meaning "My Lord" or "My Master". There is an excellent British documentary on YouTube, called "When the Moors Ruled in Europe".

If you knew nothing about this subject except what you saw in the documentary "When the Moors Ruled in Europe" then you would conclude that Muslims were all wonderful, Christians were all bad, and that Jews hardly existed in Medieval Spain. JA JA JA

If you are talking about GUZMAN el Bueno then let me tell you that the lunatic desendent of the medina sidonia family that you saw in the documentary is an outcast and likes to gain publicity by means of outrages claims. Theres is no evidence what so ever about GUZMAN el bueno being from north africa. you better star reading a little and stop getting your facts from the TV.
