I wish I could agree with you but here's the problem with that. It's called a PARDON by Bush. Sadly being able to sue them might be the only real recourse if Bush issues pardons for their law breaking. Obama should do the right thing and support the fillibuster because he might not be allowed to do the right thing later even if he'd like to.

I think it is time for people to make more noise:
We need to become louder, and that is what I am doing. I got my house decorated with 'impeach bush -cheney now' on my window box, with spinning do-dads and stars swinging underneath. I write the local papers, but have never been printed in a USA Today. But I keep trying. My husband and I are driving out to D.C. for Revolution march July 12(meet 9:30am N.E. Corner of Washington Mall.

Obama supporters seem to not want talk about facts or history. The supporters are like fans that following a popular band around, just because it's popular, not because it has talent. Obama will most likely win AGAIN, because the competition of McCain is lacking.

You are mistaken or you don't understand. If the FISA bill passes with immunity included, the immunity applies only in civil, NOT criminal cases. Obama can vote for it either way and then when he's President can have the DOJ get indictments against any/all telecomm companies suspected of violating laws. Same applies to any Bush pardons; which is why Nixon didn't pardon his Watergate co-conspirators.
