More highlights from my "NightLife Show" which ran on local cable TV in FL from 1980-1986. This condensed episode features a look at two old hand-cranked movie cameras from the 1920s. One has a Leica lens & the other is a DeVry camera. The cameras are seen close-up & operating.
The show concludes with old silent footage of Woodrow Wilson, the City of Chicago, Thomas Edison and Teddy Roosevelt. Old voice recordings of Edison & Roosevelt are played. A nice look back at cameras & equipment from the last century.
Air Date: October 22, 1982

It's always a great pleasure to see your posts.
The DeVry camera you are showing here could be seen on a 1931 ad (I can't copy the link because of YouTube policy)
At this time, it cost $150 (!!!) to buy such marvel.
Many Thanks for your job !
