The hottest day on record was some nearly 80 years ago.....furthermore china, who don't have to abide by emissions rules, isn't a very hot place, despite their MASSIVE carbon output....I'll agree that their air is unhealthy and smogy, and adopting this clean energy won't do any harm, BUT if carbon output cause's global warming from man-kind, this is proof that man-made warming is a fraud and a political money spinner as china IS NOT hot...

The problem with the global warming debate is that most people debating it lack sufficient knowledge to properly understand it.
Personally my point of view is I can't be sure global warming is true because I don't have enough personal knowledge on the subject.
On the other hand turning your lights off for an hour to make a point can't hurt.
That being said, saying "GW is fake, im like WTF is this u know :P" is not a very smart comment whether GW is true or not
