I feel that Jackie Chan is easily just as good as Bruce Lee was in filming history with the good fact that knowing Jackie Chan is an incredible stunt man with an incredible stunt team. Although I cannot say that he was as good at fighting as Bruce Lee was.

Jet Li and Jackie Chan are as big or even bigger than Bruce Lee. The only reason why Bruce is really that big is, no disrespect, but he's a gonner. Bruce was famous because of his movies not because he was a street fighter or a great fighter, it was the movies. Jackie is 50 something years old and he can still do crazy stunts, Bruce never lived that long...

Because people die, they are seen as legends, look at elvis...Jackie is definetely more talented than Bruce, he might not be better at fighting than Bruce, filmaking is not all about fighting and yelling...Sammo Hung is one of the best directors much better director than Bruce would ever become. Everyone on that list is talented. As big, lol, Sammo Hung is much bigger in size than Bruce.

You do Not know what you are talking about. The reason Bruce Lee will ALWAYS be Greater in stature than every single person you mention, is because he started the Martial Arts Movement on Film. He was the Pioneer...the "Beginning". All great movements have a timeline and HE started that Line. Bruce Lee was more than an Actor. He had his own System of Martial Arts, wrote his own Books, taught his own Students. You think Jackie Chan or Jet Li could go to that Level? Stop the wishful thinking.

A decent doc, but they always take some things too high in the pedestal..like saying at about 2min the fight between norris and lee is one of the most realistic fight scenes ever on film.....rrright. Groundfighting, choking, groin kicking and strikes to the eyes is realism, not high kicks and karate punches.. But groundfighting is boring to watch for normal people and they never take it on movies of course.

Well, ok on some occasions high kicks work, but they better be executed very fast and with great timing or it (the fight) will go to the ground.

the reason why bruce lee is famous because he did wat he say he can do.. he accept fight and proof wat he say he do.. people watching he movie not so much to see the film but the move, the kick, the punch that he did tat is so powerful... no jet li or jackie chan or donnie yen can punch or kick as fast as powerful as bruce lee.. anyway go see tommy carruthers video, they say his speed of punching and kicking almost match bruce lee.

i agree. altho the fight shows incredible martial arts skill and is one of the most amazing martial arts fight scene to this day, it is the last thing to realistic. if this wuz real, they would be throwing fists randomly at each other, kicking each other's balls, and slamming each other's heads against the walls.

i agree with heyitzthatfc. jackie chan is nowhere nearly as talented as bruce lee nor did he have such an amazingly deep understanding of martial arts as bruce did, but jackie chan is pretty much as famous as bruce lee is. this is because jackie chan wuz in a shitload of hong kong movies AND many very successful hollywood movies.
