IIFA Weekend Yorkshire June 2007 - Celebrity Charity Cricket Match. The International Indian Film Awards (IIFA's) weekend held a cricket match in aid of the IIFA Foundation.
Tne game was held at the Headingley Carnegie Stadium in Leeds on Friday 8th, June 2007, as part of the IIFA Weekend in Yorkshire, England.

The full 'team Yorkshire' line up included: former Yorkshire and England player and umpire John Hampshire, actor Greg Wise (supported by his partner -- actress Emma Thompson), Leeds Rhinos player Danny MaGuire, Yorkshire media personality and BBC Look North news presenter Harry Gration, Normanton
MP Ed Balls, up and coming Panjabi singer Juggy D, popular Brit-Asian singer Jay Sean, comedians Nick Hancock and Mark Chapman and former England players Devon Malcolm, Gladstone Small, Robin Smith and Phillip Defreitas.
The event was inaugurated by Indian acting legend and IIFA Brand Ambassador, A
mitabh Bachchan, joined by international starlet Shilpa Shetty. Stars in the VIP crowd included Bipasha Basu and international actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
'Team IIFA' boasted the cricketing prowess of Kapil Dev, Mohammed Azharuddin, Zayed Khan, Fardeen Khan, Suneil Shetty, Aftab Shivdasani, Rit
eish Deshmukh, Sohail Khan, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan. The Bollywood team won the match.
The crowd waved Ikonz magazine and IIFA banners displaying the words 'Bollywood Team to Win!' and the number '4'. Supporters also waved Indian and Pakistani flags. There was a huge Mexican w
ave to conclude the game, which raised money for the IIFA Foundation.
