1. In their first fight, he was weakend by his fight with Dordonii Alessandro Del Socacchio.
2.He probably got stronger as he fought with Grimmjow and will probably FINALLY USE SOME REAL KILLER INSTINCT.
3. There's Zaraki Kenpachi,Kuchiki Byakuya, Unohana Retsu,and Kurotshuchi Mayuri are all there and I doubt they'd just let Ichigo die...
4. I'm sure many people hope this... Ichigo get's a new Bankai power xD.

To have a bankai he has to listen to his sword, and to listen to his sword he has to throw out his entire fighting style up until now. So, I say yes & no but his personality would change to critically for him to be the same old zaraki and GOD in one.
