Under the map glitch on Grand Theft Auto 4 with a tutorial on how to do it. This glitch lets you go underwater and under the map!
Tutorial.
Step 1:
Go to the place shown in the video.
Step 2:
Jump into the water and swim to one of the green posts.
Step 3:
Now swim into the corner of the post a
nd jump up.
Step 4:
Now hold right to go into the wall.This may take a few goes.
