There is a dj that owned(s) a Xone 3D and has had several issues with it. We did not sell that mixer to him. I am not sure exactly what country he is in or what all the back history is. We are attempting to block him as he has been leaving up to 5 messages a day about his poor experience. Please know that sometimes equipment fails and sometimes service centers say the dumbest things.
